It is  our effort to be able to provide some services to each individual despite their ability to pay.  We are able to acheive this goal through funding for some of our services from the Los Angeles County Department of Health Services, Substance Abuse Prevention and Control.   Free substance abuse services are available to any one who is receiving General Releif.  All other fee's for services are based on a and a  sliding scale (with the exception of  Domestic violence, Anger manamgement, Drug Diversion classes and Proposition 1210, formerly known as Prop36, with set program fee's), according to each individual's income.
The Pomona Community Crisis Center (PCCC)  is a non-profit community based program, which has been providing Outpatient counseling since 1974.  We use a social model recovery approach to aide clients in learning new life skills and relaspe prevention skills.  Specific services include, but are not limited to intake, crisis intervention, individual, and group counseling, treatment plan development as well as random urine drug screeniing when required or requested.  Our services are available to individual residing within Los Angeles County.  This program is funded by the County of Los Angeles Substance Abuse Prevention and Control Agency and services are provided free of charge to eligible General Relief  recipients.   We also provide services to PC1210 (formerly known as Prop36).  Our agency reserves 10% of our treatment slots for indigent participants.
